Target group

12 to 14-year-olds

Learning targets

This program makes teenagers environmentally aware and teaches them about waste, recycling and the problem of plastic in the ocean. It encourages them to embrace a sustainable lifestyle based on the principles Reduce, Reuse, Recycle & Refuse.

Teaching materials

Teaching materials The teaching material of this program consists of power point presentations with local images, films and songs, statements, map sets, picture sets, worksheets on waste and recycling, a recycling brochure, colouring pages on waste and recycling, mind map materials and a class certificate.
